Research Profile

My research focuses on host immune responses and diagnostic development for infectious and immunological diseases.

Current studies investigate B cell and innate immune responses to Mycobacterium abscessus, a major opportunistic pathogen in Thai immunodeficient patients with anti-interferon-gamma autoantibodies.

Research also explores host immune responses in tropical infectious diseases, particularly scrub typhus and leptospirosis, to better understand disease pathogenesis and immune regulation.

In parallel, I am involved in the development of diagnostic assays for scrub typhus, leptospirosis, and mycoplasma infections to improve early and accurate detection.

Another major area of interest is the development of immunological diagnostic tests for immunodeficiency diseases, aiming to enhance disease diagnosis, patient management, and translational applications in clinical immunology.
