With the aim of promoting academic exchange, fostering collaboration, and sharing scientific and technological research achievements among students from health sciences institutions in Viet Nam and abroad, Hanoi Medical University is pleased to announce the organization of the 13^th Hanoi Medical University International Student Scientific Conference (English and French Tracks), with details as follows:

1. Tentative Date: 26 March 2027

2. Venue: Hanoi Medical University, No. 1 Ton That Tung Street, Hanoi, Viet Nam

3. Conference Theme: Presentation of scientific research projects and studies in the fields of Medicine, Pharmacy, and Health Sciences.

4. Presentation Format: Oral presentations.

5. Eligibility and Submission Requirements

5.1 Requirements for Research Presentations

Submitted research projects or scientific studies must not have been previously presented at any scientific conference at institutional level or above.

Research presentations must follow the conference standard structure and format

All submissions must be officially endorsed by the educational institution where the authors are currently enrolled

Each submission may include a maximum of five (05) authors, including the supervisors

The official languages of the Conference are English and French.

5.2. Eligibility of Presenters

Vietnamese and international students currently enrolled in universities, academies, or colleges offering programmes in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Health Sciences in Viet Nam.

International students enrolled in institutions that maintain academic cooperation or exchange programmes with Hanoi Medical University.

Students who are members of research teams conducting scientific projects or studies in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Health Sciences.

Hanoi Medical University cordially invites universities, academies, and colleges to disseminate this information and encourage eligible students to participate in the 13th Hanoi Medical University International Student Scientific Conference (English and French Tracks)
