Siriraj Center of Research Excellence Convenes the 8th Research and Innovation Advisory Committee Meeting
On September 10–11, 2026, the Siriraj Center of Research Excellence, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, convened the 8th Siriraj Research and Innovation Advisory Committee (RIAC) Meeting in 2026 virtually via Zoom. The two-day meeting brought together distinguished experts from Thailand and overseas to exchange perspectives and provide strategic guidance on research and innovation at the Faculty and across the Siriraj Centers of Research Excellence (SiCOREs).
The meeting featured an overview of the Faculty’s research performance and strategic priorities, together with updates on the Siriraj Center of Research Excellence in Molecular Medicine and Phenomics (SiMPC) and the Lung Cancer MultiOmics Study (LUMOS). These presentations gave RIAC members a platform to engage with the Faculty’s research landscape, discuss emerging opportunities and challenges, and share perspectives on future directions.
Through constructive dialogue and in-depth discussion, the RIAC members offered expert perspectives and strategic recommendations on strengthening research excellence, advancing innovation, developing research capabilities, and expanding international collaborations.
