Published On June 11, 2025, the Siriraj Center of Research Excellence in Metabolomics and Systems Biology (SiCORE-MSB), in collaboration with the Siriraj Metabolomics and Phenomics Center (SiMPC) and the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, successfully hosted an insightful onsite event titled “Meet the Editors: Tips and Insights for Publishing in Top Scientific Journals.”

The session was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sakda Khoomrung, Director of SiCORE-MSB and Associate Editor of the Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal. Dr. Khoomrung offered participants an in-depth look at the editorial and peer-review process, shared common reasons manuscripts get rejected, and provided actionable strategies for increasing success in publishing in top-tier scientific journals.
This knowledge-sharing event was part of SiCORE-MSB’s ongoing commitment to advancing research capacity and fostering excellence in scientific communication.
