medical students and residents <\/strong>the opportunity to gain experience in their chosen specialty or department beyond required core rotations. Participants work under direct supervision of our faculty members in an observational capacity, with <strong>no credit transfer<\/strong> and <strong>no hands-on patient activities<\/strong>. The program welcomes medical students and residents from institutions worldwide, allowing applicants to select specialties and sub-specialties that align with their interests and career goals.
