The majority of patients have infectious granulomas such as cutaneous tuberculous and non- tuberculous mycobacterial infections, mycetoma, and\u00a0 chromoblastomycosis. The clinic provides standard therapies as well as the investigations to identify the causes of granulomas, including skin biopsy, microbiological culture,\u00a0 antimicrobial sensitivity testing, and molecular study. The clinic is located at Room 400 on\u00a0the\u00a04th floor of the Outpatient Department (OPD) Building at\u00a0Siriraj\u00a0Hospital.
