Prof. Nantthasorn Zinboonyahgoon<\/strong> and <strong>Assoc. Prof. Pramote Euasobhon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Jointly sponsored by the <em>International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP)<\/em> and the <em>World Federation of Societies for Anaesthesiologists (WFSA)<\/em>.
