{"id":47458,"date":"2023-10-19T17:16:55","date_gmt":"2023-10-19T09:46:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.si.mahidol.ac.th\/en\/?p=47458"},"modified":"2023-10-30T11:21:51","modified_gmt":"2023-10-30T03:51:51","slug":"siriraj-faculty-abroad-at-wcn-2023-in-canada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www2.si.mahidol.ac.th\/en\/news-events\/siriraj-faculty-abroad-at-wcn-2023-in-canada\/","title":{"rendered":"Siriraj Faculty Abroad at WCN 2023 in Canada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Between October 15<sup>th<\/sup> &#8211; 19<sup>th<\/sup>, 2023, <strong>Lecturer Tatchaporn Ongphichetmetha, M.D.<\/strong>, from the Division of Clinical Epidemiology, Department of Research and Development, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, attended <strong>&#8216;The World Federation of Neurology\u2019s XXVI World Congress of Neurology (WCN 2023)&#8217;<\/strong> in Montreal, Canada, and presented a poster presentation on the topic <em>&#8220;The Utility of Neurofilament Light Chain in Etiologic Classification in Altered Mental Status&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>The WCN 2023<\/em> brought the up-to-date broad field of neurology, from tropical neurology to molecular genetics. The Scientific Program and Teaching Programs at the WCN 2023 are complemented by plenary lectures from leading experts in their fields, the exciting and entertaining Tournament of the Minds, cutting-edge scientific sessions relevant to all the corners of the globe, and poster sessions that will feature the research of young neurologists of the future.
