Prof. Assantachai served as the Chairperson of the <em>&#8216;Breakout Session for Care Pathway of Social Care and Support.&#8217;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The WHO Clinical Consortium on Healthy Ageing<\/em> is a group of global experts that advances research and clinical practice related to Healthy Ageing.
