Funding Management<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

When the project proposal is approved<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. If the funding is less than 50,000 Bath , Principal Investigator (PI) may not open a bank account<\/li>\n
  2. If the funding is over 50,000 Bath , Principal Investigator (PI) must open a bank account with the account opening form (\u0e27\u0e08.3) and attach this Command<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Documents for with drawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The proposal letter of funding with drawal<\/li>\n
    2. Allocation of research funding Form (\u0e27\u0e08.6)<\/li>\n
    3. Allocation of research funding Form (\u0e27\u0e08.2)<\/li>\n
    4. A certified copy of the first page of the book bank \/ the proposal letter for non-opening the bank account (in case of the funding is less than 50,000 Bath)<\/li>\n
    5. Deposit form (without the book bank)<\/li>\n
    6. Receipt (without signing and date)<\/li>\n
    7. 2 original contracts<\/li>\n
    8. A copy of COA (certified copy)<\/li>\n
    9. 2 copies of grant approval(certified copy)<\/li>\n
    10. Check list<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Progress\u00a0Report\u00a0Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n

      PI must submit the progress report every 6 months with documents below<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. The progress report submission letter<\/li>\n
      2. Research progress report form (\u0e41\u0e1a\u0e1a\u0e1f\u0e2d\u0e23\u0e4c\u0e21 SIRD:02)<\/li>\n
      3. Budget report form (\u0e27\u0e08.5)<\/li>\n
      4. Original Receipts \/ Bills of the research project Research\u00a0Project\u00a0Conclusion<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Documents of the closing project<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. The proposal letter summarizing the complete research outcome<\/li>\n
        2. Final report form with manuscript AND\/OR other supporting and relevant documents<\/li>\n
        3. \u00a0Budget report form (\u0e27\u0e08.5)<\/li>\n
        4. Original Receipts \/ Bills of the research project<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Remaining\u00a0budget\u00a0and\u00a0interest\u00a0refund<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Researchers have to close the bank account by the account closing form (\u0e27\u0e08.3)<\/li>\n
          2. Budget refund by proposal refund submission letter which is specified the amount of capital refund and interest.<\/li>\n
          3. \u00a0If remainingbudget is more than 1,000 Bath , the refund will be paid by cashier\u2019s check with the name of<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
