Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pediatric pulmonology clinic on Wednesday from 1.00-4.00 pm and after hours clinic<\/li>\n<li>Inpatient consultation about respiratory problems from both pediatrics department and other departments<\/li>\n<li>Referral center for patients with complex respiratory diseases from provincial hospitals<\/li>\n<li>Preoperative consultation for risk assessment and preoperative management in high-risk patients for respiratory complications from general anesthesia during surgery<\/li>\n<li>Pulmonary function test services with high technology and standardized equipments such as forced oscillation techniques (FOT), spirometry, lung volume measurements, lung diffusion capacity, respiratory muscle strength, cough peak flow, etc<\/li>\n<li>Diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopic interventions include fiberoptic laryngoscopy and bronchoscopy, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) and brush biopsy for microbiological examination and cultures, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Field exercise test (6 minutes walk test)<\/li>\n<li>Diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures include thoracentesis, chest tube insertion with\/without fibrinolysis, medical pleurodesis, pleural biopsy, etc<\/li>\n<li>Diagnostic sleep tests include overnight oximetry and polysomnography<\/li>\n<li>Non-invasive ventilation treatments and titration include continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and bilevel positive airway pressure (BIPAP) and invasive ventilation treatments and titration include hospital and home ventilator<\/li>\n<li>Respiratory care services include bronchial hygiene therapy, lung expansion therapy and respiratory muscle training with effective equipments such as PEP device, EzPAP, incentive spirometer, mechanical insufflation-exsufflation (Cough Assist) and high frequency chest wall oscillation (VEST), etc<\/li>\n<li>Respiratory home care program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
