Abstract Submission Guidelines

The New Abstract Submission deadline  is 11 April 2025, There willl be no more extension of the deadline after this.

The following subjects are eligible for abstract submission: multiple pregnancies, fetal therapy, fetal cardiac scanning, fetal neurosonography, fetal skeletal dysplasia, fetal abdominal/genitourinary organs, artificial intelligence, prenatal genetics, first-trimester screening and diagnosis, NIPT, maternal echocardiography, and other prenatal ultrasonography.

Two categories of abstracts are eligible for submission

  1. Case Report/Case Series (Word counts </= 200) Should contain the following heading/format.
    Background: The rationale and novelty of the case report
    Case presentation: the clinical and demographic details, the diagnosis, the interventions and the outcomes of the patient
     
  2. Original Research/Meta-Analysis Study (Word counts </= 250)
    Background: The rationale and novelty of the study
    Methods: Outline the research design, participants, procedures, and any tools or instruments used for data collection and analysis.
    Results: Summarize the key findings of the research, including any statistical analyses performed.
    Conclusion: Discuss the implications of the findings, their relevance to the research question, and any potential limitations of the study.
