Oral Presentation

Author guidelines
   In order to make the submission and review processes go smoothly, authors who want to submit their work to present in the conference, either in the oral or poster presentation format, should follow the guidelines below.
   All the submission must be done via an electronic submission system (Click here).The author who successfully submits the work into the system will receive an email informing submission number which he/she can use to track the processing of the submitted work.
   In the process of submission, the author must choose only one format of their presentation:

1. Call for Papers
Research should be medical education research relate within topics below    1. Curriculum
   2. Instruction
   3. Assessment
   4. Quality assurance & Program Evaluation
   5. Education technology, Simulation
   6. Quality of life and wellbeing of learners
   7. Miscellaneous/ Other

2. Regulations and Types of Research/article Presentation
A. Oral Presentation

   1. The author who wants to present their work in the conference in oral presentation format should submit an abstract summarizing their work in 80 – 250 words using the format as outline in (Abstract for Oral Presentation and Poster presentation file).The deadline for abstract submission is November 11, 2019. The author that has been accepted for oral presentation must register for the conference before November 30, 2019 in order to have their abstract published in the conference proceedings. The author must be ready to make oral presentation on any date of the conference that conference organizer assigned. The work that has been declined for oral presentation may be considered for poster presentation.
   2. The Oral presentation must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format and should be designed for 15 minutes, including 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
   3. Powerpoint Presentation file must be sent on on December 11, 2019 (8.00 AM - 4.00 PM) and December 12, 2019 (8.00 -8.30 AM) , at Slide preview room 2nd floor, Srisavaindhira building, Siriraj hospital. The end of the time would announce presentation schedule.
