Author guidelines
   In order to make the submission and review processes go smoothly, authors who want to submit their work to present in the conference, either in the oral or poster presentation format, should follow the guidelines below.
   All the submission must be done via an electronic submission system (Click here).The author who successfully submits the work into the system will receive an email informing submission number which he/she can use to track the processing of the submitted work.
   In the process of submission, the author must choose only one format of their presentation:

Research should be medical education research relate within topics below
   1. Curriculum
   2. Instruction
   3. Assessment
   4. Quality assurance & Program Evaluation
   5. Education technology, Simulation
   6. Quality of life and wellbeing of learners
   7. Miscellaneous/ Other

B. Poster presentation

   1. The author who wants to show their poster in the conference should submit an abstract summarizing their work in 80 – 250 words using the format as outlined in (Abstract for Oral Presentation and Poster presentation file). The deadline for abstract submission is November 11, 2019 The author that has been accepted for poster presentation must register for the conference beforeNovember 30, 2019 in order to have their abstract published in the conference proceedings. The author that has been accepted for poster presentation must bring a poster of maximum size 800 mm wide and 1200 mm high (A0 paper size).Poster contents must be prepared in English language and include: Title, Authors, Objectives, Material and Method, Results and Discussion and Conclusion.
   2. Presenters must stand at their poster; present the work verbally and answer questions to experts within 5 minutes on December 12, 2019, between 15.00 - 16.30.
   3. Poster post on the assigned board since December 11, 2019, 8.30 AM at walking hall, 2nd-floor Srisavarindhira building.
