Current appointment
  • Assistant Professor, Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University
  • Adjunct senior Lecturer, Murdoch University, Australia.
  • International Affiliate, Perron Institute for Neurological and Translational Science, Perth, Nedlands, Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
Research Profile

We have commenced our research on antisense oligomer (AO) mediated splice switching (viz. exon switching and exon inclusion) in neuromuscular disorders; i.e. Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and spinal muscular atrophy (SMA): Subsequently, our interests are expanded to cellular metabolism and cancer biology. Recently, zebrafish Facility for Biomedical Research (ZeBR) has been developed and utilised to study cancer biology and erythropoiesis.
