Course Description SIBB 503
Principles of laboratory techniques in molecular biology, principles of polymerase chain reaction, overview of molecular cytogenetics, principles of monoclonal antibody, flow cytometry, basic bioinformatics, the importance of adapting molecular biology techniques to life and work appropriately according to virtue and ethics
Course Description SIBB 504
Principles of laboratory techniques in medical biochemistry, basic biochemistry techniques, principles of spectrophotometry, chromatography, principles of mass spectrometry, principles of tissue culture, principles of protein isolation and purification, principles of protein detection and analysis, enzyme kinetics, the importance of adapting medical biochemistry techniques to life and work appropriately according to virtue and ethics
