The techniques used in molecular biology, DNA extraction, DNA electrophoresis, DNA technology, application of polymerase chain reaction in biochemistry of gene expression, cytogenetic techniques, monoclonal antibody application, flow cytometry, application of bioinformatics
Course description SIBB511
The techniques used in medical biochemistry, buffer preparation, spectrophotometry, spectrofluorometry, gel-filtration chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, tissue culture techniques, tissue homogenization, protein isolation and purification, protein electrophoresis, analysis of enzyme in electron transport system
Major Expected Learning Outcomes
