A Successful Milestone in Advancing Organoid Research
The Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University is honored to have hosted the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital and InvitroCue Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).
The event marked an important milestone in our shared commitment to advancing organoid research, functional precision oncology,
and translational cancer research in Thailand.
We were deeply honored by the presence of Professor Apichat Asavamongkolkul, M.D., Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital,
and Dr. Steven Fang, Chief Executive Officer of InvitroCue, who officially signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the two organizations.
The afternoon also featured an engaging scientific programme, including keynote presentations on the future of patient-derived organoids,
the development of the Siriraj Organoid Platform, and emerging opportunities in functional precision oncology. The event concluded with
an insightful panel discussion on how academia and industry can work together to accelerate innovation and translate research into better outcomes for patients.
As the host department, we are grateful to all distinguished guests, faculty members, clinicians, researchers, students, industry partners,
and collaborators who joined us in celebrating this important occasion. Your participation reflects a shared vision of building a stronger ecosystem for precision medicine in Thailand.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Faculty leadership, InvitroCue, and everyone involved in organizing this event.
We look forward to a long and productive partnership that will foster innovation, train the next generation of researchers and clinician-scientists,
and ultimately improve the lives of cancer patients through research and collaboration.
Together, we are building the future of functional precision oncology.
