1. Sign in "Siriraj Conference" system
If you've already signed up, please skip this step.

2. Registration
After sign in "Siriraj Conference" system then click tab below

enlightened    ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมประชุม  enlightened  enlightened  Registration for International  enlightened

3. Payment
After click "Registraion Confirmed" and make a payment via credit card. You will receive a payment confirmation email.

4. Please complete the payment within 7 days after Registration.
