Submission Guidelines
1. Submission deadline 30th April 2026 (23:59 hrs, GMT+7),
Notification of the Full Manuscript acceptance by 3rd June 2026 (23:59 hrs, GMT+7).
2. The following subjects are eligible for submission: All subjects related to scope of presentation as above.
3. The categories of manuscript are eligible for submission: Original article, Systematic review, or Meta-Analysis.
4. The categories of presentation are eligible: Oral/ Poster presentation. Manuscript presentation can be submitted either for oral or poster presentation. Please note that manuscript presentation submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as poster presentation, depending on the available time slot.
5. Formatting Manuscript and E-proceeding Manuscript template as in the link.

7. Plagiarism Report Manuscripts must be checked for potential plagiarism with %Turnitin <20%.
8. For studies involving human participants or experimental animals, ethical approval from the relevant Institution Review Board (IRB) or Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) must be obtained prior to submission.
9. Summited papers must not have been previously presented at any academic conference and must not be under consideration or published in any academic journal.
10. All accepted presenters must pay the registration fee (5,000 Baht) by 10th June 2026 (23:59 hrs, GMT+7), otherwise their manuscripts will automatically be withdrawn from the program.
11. Accepted full papers will be published as SiTMC 2026 proceedings in electronic format.

- After clicking “Registration Confirmed,” available payment methods will be displayed and sent to the email address you used for registration. Please complete the registration payment within 7 days.
- Your registration will be considered complete once you receive a payment confirmation email and official receipt sent to your registered email address within 3 working days after the payment is made.
