SSPO-Siriraj Signed the MOU with KMUT Thonburi’s FIBO.
On September 18th, 2023, Prof. Apichat Asavamongkolkul, M.D., Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, along with Assoc. Prof. Gulapar Srisawasdi, M.D., Director of Sirindhorn School of Prosthetics and Orthotics (SSPO), Lect. Sasithon Sukthomya, Ph.D., the Deputy Director of SSPO, Asst. Prof. Manunchaya Samala, Ph.D., the Deputy Director for Research of SSPO, presided over the “MOU Signing Ceremony” between the Sirindhorn School of Prosthetics and Orthotics, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, and the Institute of Field Robotics (FIBO), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, for an agreement on the collaboration in research, knowledge development, and medical innovations on national and international level.
The SSPO and the FIBO aim to collaborate in research and knowledge development, as well as medical innovation, at both national and international levels. This cooperation will also extend to other research-related activities. This partnership marks a significant starting point for the development and elevation of research into new medical innovations, promoting the potential and improving the quality of life for patients in the country!
