Research Day & Thesis Progression: Semester 1/2025
The Postgraduate Program Team recently organized the PG Research Day & Research Progression Activity on 25 November 2025,
bringing together students, faculty members, and experts for an inspiring and enriching academic experience.
The highlight of the event was the Special Plenary Talks by our distinguished international experts, Prof. Peter Adamczyk and Professor (Emeritus) Dr. Pieter Ubele Dijkstra. Their valuable insights and perspectives on research development and academic excellence truly motivated and inspired participants at all levels.
Our Master’s and Ph.D. students also shared updates on their ongoing research projects .The presentations sparked engaging discussions and constructive feedback, creating a dynamic exchange of ideas among students, SSPO lecturers, and external experts. The supportive atmosphere helped strengthen research direction while boosting confidence and academic communication skills.
Overall, it was a wonderful day of learning, collaboration, and connection, reinforcing the strong sense of community within our postgraduate program Together, we continue to grow, support one another, and move forward in research excellence.
