The Austrian Government, under the cooperation between Thailand and Austria Government in Science, Technology and Arts, is pleased to announce the Ernst Mach Grant – ASEA UNINET scholarship to support the exchange of knowledge between partner universities in the member countries in Europe and South-East Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam). The main activity of the network is to provide a financial support to the exchange of scientists and postgraduates and the transfer of knowledge associated with this.
The selection of the candidates takes place locally by Austrian university professors.
Applications are open to graduates in the field of music, postgraduates who have obtained a master degree (including master thesis) or a doctoral degree (or equivalent degree).
There are four types of grants
- Post-doctoral Grant (3 – 9 months long)
- Ph.D.-Grant (3 years long)
- Sandwich-Grant (9 months long)
- Music-Grant (9 months long)
