✱ กรณีที่ผลการศึกษามีปัญหาหรือไม่สมบูรณ์ เนื่องจากสอบไม่ผ่าน สอบแก้ตัว ต้องปฏิบัติงานเพิ่มเติม รวมถึงการต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของการปฏิบัติงานชดใช้ทุนหลังจบการศึกษาทุกกรณี และ/หรือเหตุอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในระหว่างเดินทางไปศึกษาดูงาน ณ ต่างประเทศ นักศึกษาแพทย์ต้องแจ้งกับงานวิเทศสัมพันธ์โดยเร็วที่สุด และต้องยกเลิกการเข้าร่วมโครงการทันทีเพื่อเดินทางกลับมาดำเนินการต่าง ๆ และนักศึกษาแพทย์ต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจากการเดินทางกลับก่อนกำหนดด้วยตนเอง และจะไม่เรียกร้องสิทธิใด ๆ จากคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลภายใต้โครงการ

✱ เนื่องจากสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 ยังมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา คณะขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงใด ๆ ในภายหลัง ได้แก่ ผลการคัดเลือก สถานที่และเวลาในการไปศึกษาดูงาน หรือการยกเลิกการไปศึกษาดูงานทั้งหมดซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ของประเทศไทยและประเทศปลายทาง ณ ขณะนั้น

1. Check your prospective medical institute for an elective course in our university lists.

2. Prepare the required documents for applying to the online application named files as

‘ Firstname.S(1st digit of your last name)_documentname’

2.2 CV with your recent informal photo taking within 6 months, e.g., Taylor.S_CV.pdf

2.3 English Proficiency Scores, e.g., Taylor.S_IELTS.pdf

1. The result of eligible candidates taking the face-to-face English Interview examination will be declared on the Outbound page on Siriraj’s English website and International Relations Facebook.

**All candidates must attend onsite interviews and no other form of evaluation can be substituted including Zoom.

2. The result of eligible candidates who passed the English Interview examination will be declared on the Outbound page on Siriraj’s English website and International Relations Facebook.

3. All selected candidates who passed the English Interview examination will be closely contacted by International Relations officers via email.

1. Selected students need to submit all required documents requested by the university under International Relations supervision, e.g., application forms, health certificates, insurance, etc.

2. Selected students need to proceed for air-ticket, VISA, health certificate, and insurance themselves

3. The orientation ceremony will be held for selected students for preparation before going abroad (date and time shall be announced via email)

4. Selected students must report their presence at the university abroad by posting a photo on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/SirirajMedicine, stating English names, universities, Departments, and period of elective.

5. All selected students must submit a reflection (written in English) and a summary of the total expenditure of the trip
