Published On January 11, 2018, Professor Prasit Watanapa, Dean of Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, was invited as a guest speaker on the topics “Faculty Recruitment and Retention” at the regional meeting “AAHCI’s South East Asia Regional Meeting 2018: Challenges of Developing Academic Health Systems in Southeast Asia” co-hosted by The Association of Academic Health Centers International (AAHCI) and NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
The meeting consists of a one-day symposium and a networking reception to engage key academic health leaders in the region and will enable AAHCI members to learn from and network with peers from Southeast Asia and around the world. In this meeting, Professor Prasit was accompanied by Professor Thawatchai Akaraviputh, Deputy Dean for International Relations, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.
