Department of Surgery Hosts “Eras in Cardiac Surgery”

On November 15^th, 2023, the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, organized an event titled “Eras in Cardiac Surgery” at the Udom Poshakrishna Conference Room in the Sayamindra Building’s 12^th Room. The highlight of the event was the honorable presence of Asst. Prof. Marc W. Gerdisch, MD, Chief of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, and Co-Director of the Heart Valve Center and Atrial Fibrillation Program at Franciscan St. Francis Health, USA. As our special speaker, he shared his extensive expertise in complex heart valve surgery and 21 years of experience in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery.
