Published On December 9th, 2022, Prof. Tawesak Tanwandee, Chief of the Gastroenterology Division, Prof. Somchai Leelakusolvong, Director of GI Endoscopy Center, and Assoc. Prof. Nonthalee Pausawadi, President of the Thai Association for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, welcomed five senior gastroenterologists & health care professionals from the USA led by Dr. John Popp, the former President of the American College of Gastroenterology, on the visit and discussion at Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital. Dr.Pop and his team also visited the Siriraj Medical Library, the Division of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine, the Siriraj Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, and the Gastrointestinal & Liver Center at Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital.
