Published Ms. Cholada Ratanatharathorn, Pharm.D., Senior Professional Pharmacist from the Sterile Production Unit, Department of Pharmacy, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, participated in the “6th European Conference of Oncology Pharmacy (ECOP6)” held in Lisbon, Portugal, from October 2nd – 4th, 2024. She presented a poster titled “The Use of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring to Personalize Once-Daily Intravenous Busulfan in Thai Pediatric Patients Undergoing Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation”.
Pharmacist Ratanatharathorn aims to exchange knowledge with oncology pharmacists worldwide and integrate these insights into clinical practice at Siriraj Hospital.
ECOP6 gathers professionals from various sectors, including oncology pharmacists, hospital and community pharmacists, medical oncologists, oncology physicians, pharmacy nurses, and representatives from the pharmaceutical industry.
