Published From November 23rd – 25th, 2023, Mrs. Junporn Kongwatcharapong, a senior clinical pharmacist from the Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, attended the ’28th International Society of Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy Annual Scientific Meeting (ISCP 2023)’ in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Pharmacist Ruamyod was honored with a ‘3rd place in the poster presentation award’ for her research poster presentation on the topic “Assessment of Direct Oral Anticoagulant Use and Clinical Outcomes among Patients with Renal Impairment at Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand.”
