Published Dr. Suyanee Thongchot, a researcher from the Department of Research, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, attended as an invited speaker and delivered an oral presentation on the topic “The Molecular Mechanisms Driving Tumor Budding in Colorectal Cancer Through Autophagy Pathway” at “The 6th Cancer World Congress 2022: Personalized Cancer Diagnosis and Therapy” in Lisbon, Portugal, between September 28th – 30th, 2022. Dr. Suyanee Thongchot aims to share ideas with 130 scientists from 22 counties to develop her new research project, including the multicultural exchange. She brought all the knowledge and experiences from this meeting to develop her teaching at the Department of Immunology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.
The 6th Cancer World Congress 2022 is a congress that gathers academicians and young inspired scientists from all around the world with the aim of strengthening international cooperation in the fight against Cancer. Another major goal of this Conference is to create an atmosphere of interactions between young and senior scientists to favor novel cooperation that shall bring new and more efficacious strategies to understand and fight Cancer.
