Published On February 6th – 9th, 2024, Asst. Prof. Ratcharin Kongkasuwan, M.D., from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, attended ‘The 17th European Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders Congress (EAHAD 2024)’ in Frankfurt, Germany, and delivered a research poster presentation on the topic “Abstract Presentation: Validity and reliability of Thai version of the Paediatric Haemophilia Activities List (PedHAL).” Asst. Prof. Kongkasuwan aimed to contribute to the enhancement of hemophilia clinic services and resident education, while also establishing connections for future research endeavors.
The European Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders (EAHAD) is a multi-disciplinary association of healthcare professionals who provide care for individuals with haemophilia and other bleeding disorders. Its members include haematologists, internists, pediatricians, nurses, physiotherapists, laboratory scientists and researchers from across Europe. Since its establishment in 2007, EAHAD has worked to improve the situation of people living with haemophilia and other bleeding disorders.
