Published On May 27th, 2024, Prof. Somchai Leelakusolvong, Chairperson of the Department of Medicine, along with Assoc. Prof. Kanokwan Boonyapisit, Head of the Division of Neurology, Assoc. Prof. Vorapun Senanarong, Asst. Prof. Chatchawan Rattanabannakit, and Dr. Witsarut Nanthasi, welcomed Prof. Dr. Philippus Scheltens. Prof. Dr. Scheltens is an expert in dementia, including imaging in dementia, fluid biomarkers in dementia, and clinical trials in dementia, from the Alzheimer Disease Center at Vrije University Medical Center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He will serve as a Siriraj Visiting Scholar at the Department of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, from May 27th – 31st, 2024.
