Published On May 31st, 2022, The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) has been designated Siriraj Diabetes Center of Excellence (SiDM), Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University to be the “IDF Centre of Excellence in Diabetes Care” in the Western Pacific region, which includes 39 countries and territories. An IDF Centre of Excellence is a clinical or research institute designated by IDF to form part of an international collaborative voluntary network to initiate, coordinate, facilitate and conduct holistic diabetes service and multidisciplinary education in diabetes and other related chronic diseases.
