Published On March 18th, 2024, Siriraj Center of Research for Excellence Management (SiCORE-M), along with Siriraj’s esteemed research centers, including the Siriraj Center of Research for Excellence in Allergy and Immunology (SiALL), Siriraj Center of Research for Excellence in Dengue and Emerging Pathogens (SiCORE-Dengue), Siriraj Center of Research Excellence for Precision Medicine and Systems Pharmacology (SiCORE-PM&SP), Siriraj Center of Research Excellence in Cardiovascular Disease (SiCORE-CVD), Siriraj Center of Research Excellence for Diabetes and Obesity (SiCORE-DO), and Siriraj Center of Research Excellence in Metabolomics and Systems Biology (SiCORE-MSB), convened for their monthly meeting called, ‘Ideasphere Meeting‘, at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital. The purpose of this gathering was to discuss and shape research questions and themes. Specifically, the focus of this meeting was on refining research methodologies related to diabetes and obesity under the guidance of Prof. Prasert Auewarakul, M.D., Ph.D., and the SiCORE-M team. We express our sincere gratitude to all the researchers for generously contributing their time and insightful comments.
The Ideasphere meeting, initiated by SiCORE-M at the beginning of 2024, aims to foster collaboration by inviting high-potential researchers from the Siriraj Center of Research for Excellence Network, as well as master researchers from other research groups within Siriraj, to collectively address research questions. Since its inception in January 2024, this meeting has been held four times, with the most recent gathering taking place in March 2024.
