📢 Advancing Global Collaboration in Prosthetics and Orthotics Research
The Sirindhorn School of Prosthetics and Orthotics (SSPO), Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University,
hosted an academic seminar and research exchange session bringing together researchers and experts from Thailand and the United States to share perspectives,
experiences, and innovations in prosthetics and orthotics research
The event was honored by the participation of
Associate Professor Dr. Peter Adamczyk,
Fulbright U.S. Scholar 2026, who is currently conducting a one-year research collaboration at SSPO, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.
Dr. Adamczyk delivered a keynote lecture entitled:
“Beyond the Lab: Turning U.S. Training into Real-World Impact in Thailand”
The session also featured an engaging academic discussion with
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Mananchaya Samala,
researcher and faculty member specializing in prosthetics and orthotics at SSPO
- Department of Exercise and Sport Science, St. Mary’s University,
a long-standing international research collaborator with SSPO
This seminar reflects SSPO’s continued commitment to fostering international academic partnerships and advancing prosthetics and orthotics research to create meaningful impact in clinical practice, education, and patient care
