2. Service
- In-patient consultation for fluid and electrolyte disorders, renal diseases, urinary tract diseases and renal replacement therapy including renal transplantation.
- Nephrology clinic: 1-3 pm every Thursday at Princess Mahachakri Building, FL 1. Nephrology clinic provides consultation and continuation care for children with kidney and urinary tract diseases such as congenital KUB anomaly, urinary tract infection, acute glomerulonephritis, and chronic glomerulonephritis, etc.
- Voiding dysfunction clinic: 1-3 pm every Thursday at Princess Mahachakri Building, FL 1. Voiding dysfunction clinic is devoted to pediatric bladder and urinary tract dysfunction. The clinic also provides the patient and family education and training in urotherapy, clean intermittent catheterization and care of retained catheterization.
- SLE clinic: 1-3 pm every Thursday at Princess Mahachakri Building, FL 1. SLE clinic in cooperation with adolescent clinic, rheumatology clinic, and skin clinic provide comprehensive care for children suffering from lupus nephritis.
- CKD clinic: 9am – 12 pm every Tuesday at Princess Mahachakri Building, FL 7. CKD clinic provides state-of-art comprehensive care for children with chronic kidney disease, chronic dialysis and post-renal transplantation. Our multidisciplinary team includes nephrologists, dialysis nurses, pharmacists, dieticians, and social workers.
- One day service: 8 am – 4 pm every Tuesday at Princess Mahachakri Building, FL 7. One day service provides intravenous cyclophosphamide infusion for the patient with SLE.
- Hemodialysis unit: 8 am – 4 pm Monday-Friday at Princess Mahachakri Building, FL 7. Hemodialysis unit provides a range of service including acute/chronic intermittent hemodialysis, and plasmapheresis.
