Published On November 10th, 2020, Prof. Dr. Prasert Auewarakul, Deputy dean for research leads the team including Siriraj Center of Research Excellence Management (SiCORE-M) team led by Assoc. Prof.Sith Sathornsumetee, Manager, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Panisadee Avirutnan, Director of SiCORE-Dengue held the 1st teleconference with the field expert in Public Engagement, namely Dr. Stephen S. Whitehead, B.S., M.S., Ph.D., Senior Associate Scientist, Laboratory of Infectious, Disease NIAID, National Institute of Health (NIH), and Prof. Anna P. Durbin, M.D, Professor, International Health, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University.
We do hope that this meeting will be a good starting point and an ideal opportunity for our research team to learn from experiences and exchange ideas with the field expert towards public engagement activities. It will definitely enable our team to comprehensively adapt the given guidance during the meeting to our Dengue CHIM project.
