Prerequisite: Dermatologist, MSc. in Dermatology

Number of Training positions: 3/year

Duration: 1 year

Educational objectives: enhancing knowledges and skills in the surgical management of skin problems and correction of skin abnormalities, proper prevention or management of common surgical complications.

  • Inpatient care: ward round, case consultation
  • Outpatient care: dermatosurgery clinic at least 1/week
  • Dermatosurgical procedures in operating theaters 3 hours/week under the supervision
  1. Conducting research or review article or case report

Assessment

  1. Knowledge: written and oral examination
  2. Skills:   Surgical logbook with an operative note

Workplace-based assessment

  1. Attitudes: Faculties’ assessment

Language: English

Registration fee: 350,000 Thai baht

  1. Complete application including a recent passport-size photograph.
  2. Two letters of recommendation from your supervisors, your sponsor, or someone who knows you professionally.
  3. Personal statement: attach a second sheet explaining in English why you would like to be a part of the Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship Training Program and describe your interest in Dermatologic surgery and your career goals
