Eligibility Requirements
Group visits only – Individual visitor applications are not accepted.
Prepare the Required Documents
Ensure all documents are genuine, formally prepared, and converted into PDF format (do not submit PDFs generated from phone-captured images).
For International Visitors:
Required Documents:
1. Official Letter
– Must be printed on official letterhead, with the organization’s emblem clearly displayed.
– Must be addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.
– Must clearly state the visit’s objectives, areas of interest, desired visit dates.
2. Curriculum Vitae (C.V.)
– Provide a CV of each visitor.
3. List of visitors
– List the names and positions of all visitors.
4. Tentative schedule
– Outline proposed activities and visit dates.

Important Notes:
– Submit your proposal to the International Office at least four months, but must not exceed six months, in advance.
– Fees may apply to cover visit-associated costs.
– Visitors must have practical English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
– Individual applications will not be processed
