Siriraj Phototherapy clinic
Phototherapy Clinic is now open from Monday to Friday (on official days) from 9.00 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) and after-hour clinic on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at room number 42 on the 4th floor of Out-patient Department Building, Siriraj Hospital. We provide care for patients with diseases that response to phototherapy such as psoriasis, vitiligo, atopic dermatitis, morphea, and early stages of mycosis fungoides. Treatments available are as followed.
- NB-UVB (narrowed band UVB) phototherapy
- UVA1 (ultraviolet A1) phototherapy
- PUVA (psoralen plus UVA) photochemotherapy
- Targeted phototherapy
- Excimer laser
- Phototesting, photopatch testing, and photoprovocation testing for suspected patients of photodermatosis
