Published The Siriraj Center of Research and Excellence in Allergy and Immunology (SiCORE Allergy & Immunology), Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, has been officially renewed as a World Allergy Organization (WAO) Center of Excellence for the 2025–2029 term.
SiCORE Allergy & Immunology was established in 2017 under the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. Since its founding, the center has continuously developed research, academic services, and international collaborations. SiCORE submitted its achievements to the World Allergy Organization to be recognized as a WAO Center of Excellence, becoming part of a global network of leading organizations in allergy research and clinical practice.
As a WAO Center of Excellence, SiCORE will continue promoting scientific advancement, mentoring junior professionals, and fostering collaboration with other international Centers of Excellence. Assoc Prof. Pongsakorn Tantilipikorn, Director of SiCORE-Allergy & Immunology, appreciated the recognition and reaffirmed the center’s commitment to enhancing allergy and immunology services in Thailand and worldwide.
