Published On August 23rd, 2024, Prof. Apichart Asavamongkolkul, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, along with Prof. Yongyut Sirivatanaauksorn, Director of Siriraj Hospital, and the Siriraj’s administrative team, visited Dr. Michael Stewart, Senior Associate Dean of International Affairs at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, in New York City, USA. The visit aimed to explore and plan to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions. Key focus areas included student exchanges for both undergraduate and graduate levels, global health collaboration, developing an international medical curriculum at Siriraj, and research partnerships. They also toured New York Presbyterian Hospital and engaged with experts in digital technology, AI-assisted management, and Electronic Medical Records, which enhance hospital operations and patient satisfaction.
