The International Conference for Non-Academic Staff 2020 (IconStaff 2020) by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Global Engagement is a platform for Non-Academic staff across the globe to bring new outlook in career building!
The IconStaff 2020 is one of ITS innovations to strengthen the Non-Academic staff capability amid the pandemic situation. Bringing the theme “Exalting University’s Supporting Teams: Celebrating New Ideas”, participants of IconStaff 2020 will have the opportunity to share their experience on how a management’s top-down policy as well as bottom-up initiatives empower Non-Academic staff thus enhancing staff performances. This conference will also allow participants to bring rich perspectives during the conference, discussion, and networking.
This virtual event will be held on November 2nd -5th, 2020.
