Training Workshop on Academic Career Advancement for Support Personnel of the Siriraj Centers of Research Excellence
On 6 May 2026, the Siriraj Centers of Research Excellence Management Unit (SiCORE-M) organized a training workshop on academic career advancement pathways for support personnel across the Siriraj Centers of Research Excellence (SiCOREs). The workshop was honored by the participation of Ms. Wandee Thongprom as the guest speaker, who shared valuable knowledge, practical guidance, and firsthand experiences on academic promotion, career development, and professional growth opportunities for support staff.
The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of academic career progression, strengthen essential competencies, and encourage proactive career planning. Participants gained insights into academic promotion requirements, career development strategies, and best practices for preparing professional portfolios and documenting achievements to support future career advancement.
