Short Training Program

– Must be printed on official letterhead, with the organization’s emblem clearly displayed.

– Must be addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.

– Must clearly state the training objectives, preferred start date and duration *, desired field of training, and source of funding (sponsor or self-funded).

* As this is a customizable, non-regular course, applicants are required to clearly specify their preferred date and duration in their application. However, the final schedule will be determined by the committee, and requests for changes after confirmation may not be accommodated.

– Must feature the applicant’s handwritten signature (electronic signatures are not accepted).

– Must have been issued no more than six months before the date of submission (and remain valid at the time of submission).

Note: Training sessions are conducted on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and exclude Thai national public holidays, which may affect the course schedule if they coincide with the applicant’s proposed dates.
