The NUS Enterprise Summer Programme in Entrepreneurship 2020 will be held over two 2-week period between June 22nd – July 17th, 2020, for the entrepreneurially-minded students to discover the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. The participated students will able to immerse themselves in Singapore’s vibrant entrepreneurship ecosystem while gaining insights into the region and beyond, and most importantly, the friendships and network formed with peers around the world will benefit them in their future entrepreneurial endeavors!

The programme charges a fee of SGD 4,815 (inclusive of complimentary accommodation on campus, some meals, and local transport). NUS is pleased to offer a scholarship of SGD 4,815 to some of the deserving students from Mahidol University (up to10 selected students for the scholarship!). Priority will be given to students in their junior and final year!

There will be two runs of the programme. Successful applicants will be informed about the exact programme dates they have been selected for at the point of offer. Applicants are advised to ensure they are available during these periods, if possible, at point of application.

The application period begins on February 1st and closes on March 15th, 2020. On February 18th, 2020, Prof. Dr. Prasit Watanapa, Dean of Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital along with Clin. Prof. Adune Ratanawichitrasin, Deputy Dean of Information Technology and Siriraj executive members welcomed Mr. Gavin Bunshaw, Joint Chief ExecutiveOfficer, Mr. Andrew Dean, Global CEO, and distinguished delegates from DB Results Proprietary Limited on the MOU signing ceremony between Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital and DB Results Pty Ltd. The MOU highlighted the digital solutions in health care as the collaborative project to develop approaches to drive “speed to innovation” which is a joint digital transformation strategy for assisting Siriraj Hospital in evidence-based trials, education, change management, implementation, and digital health care transformation.

On this MOU signing ceremony, both parties were honored to have H.E. Allan McKinnon, Australian Ambassador to Thailand to witness the MOU signatory as the promotion of the relationship between Australia and  Thailand. #irsiriraj #MOU

During February 6th – 9th, 2020, the Applied Thai Traditional Medical practitioners of the Center of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine attended Top Thai Brands 2020 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia to promote the service of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine in Thailand as well as Thai authentic herbal products.

Top Thai Brands 2020 is the largest Thai trade fair, held once a year by the Ministry of Commerce, Thailand. This year, the fair was presided by Mr. Jurin Laksanawisit, the current Minister of Commerce.
