Siriraj at the XII Congress of the World Society of Emergency Surgery 2025
Dr. Nut Tongbuasirilai, a 2nd-year Trauma Surgery Fellow from the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, delivered an Oral Presentation titled “Whole-body vs. Selective CT Scan in Major Blunt Trauma: Unraveling the Clinical Impact on Patient Outcomes”, (conducted in collaboration with Asst. Prof. Tongporn Wannatoop, Assoc. Prof. Rathachai Kaewlai, Dr. Apisit Korpaibool, and Mr. Tanut Sornmanapong, from Department of Surgery) at the XII Congress of the World Society of Emergency Surgery (WSES) 2025, held from October 21st–25th, 2025, in Antalya, Türkiye.
The annual WSES Congress serves as a global platform for trauma and acute care surgeons to exchange knowledge, update clinical practices, and establish international collaborations aimed at advancing emergency surgery worldwide.
