Siriraj Faculty Abroad at Diabetes Technology Meeting 2025 in USA
Associate Professor Tullaya Sitasuwan, MD, Assistant Dean of Innovations for Excellence and Corporate Value, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, participated in the “25th Annual Diabetes Technology Meeting (DTM)” hosted by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the Diabetes Technology Society (DTS), from October 28th–30th, 2025, in Burlingame, California, USA. She presented a research poster titled “Validation of the SIRI iGlucose: A Non-Invasive NIR-Based Glucose Monitoring Device Across Fasting and Non-Fasting States“.
Upon her return, Assoc. Prof. Sitasuwan will bring valuable knowledge about new insulin pump systems, artificial intelligence applications, and innovative approaches to diabetes management to Siriraj Hospital. This knowledge transfer will enhance patient care and contribute to advancing diabetes treatment protocols at the institution.
The DTM offers an exceptional opportunity to engage with leading scientists in diabetes research and explore cutting-edge technological advancements in diabetes care. Building on the success of last year’s event, which attracted over 400 clinicians and scientists internationally, we anticipate an even more diverse and dynamic gathering in 2025.
