Lecturer Dr. Visnu Lohsiriwat from Division of Head-Neck and Breast Surgery, Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital delivered lectures at the 7th International Oncoplastic Breast Surgery Symposium in conjunction with the 16th Women’s Cancer Initiative-Tata Memorial Hospital (WCI-TMH) Conference in Goa, India during October 26th – 28th, 2018.
Dr. Suparauk Geanphun from Division of Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Department of Surgery, presented the poster on “Survival of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients With Unexpected N2 After Complete Resection: Should Aggressive Invasive Mediastinal Staging be encouraged?” at American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS) International Thoracic Surgical Oncology Summit 2018 in New York, USA on October 12th, 2018.
Dr. Suphalerk Lohasammakul from Division of Plastic Surgery, Department of Surgery received the Best Reconstruction/Burn/Microsurgery Presentation Award at the 87th Plastic Surgery the Meeting held by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), Chicago, Illinois, USA on September 29th, 2018.

Welcome, Dr. Illaria Rivetti from Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care, IRCCS Humanitas Research Hospital, Italy to undertake an observership program in Cardio Thoracic-Vascular Surgery at Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital from September 10th – 21st, 2018.
The General Surgery Division arranged the annual seminar from July 7th – 8th, 2018 at The Cha-Am Methavalai Hotel, Petchaburi. For this year, the seminar was held under the theme “The Higher Graduate Diploma Revision”. The seminar was well attended by all division staffs’ and presided by Professor Dr. Prasit Watanapa, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.
