Published On December 13th, 2024, Associate Professor Tara Vongviriyangkoon, MD, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, presided over the certificate presentation ceremony for international physicians completing specialized anesthesia training under the Bangkok Anesthesia Regional Training Center (BARTC).
Supported by the World Federation of Societies of Anesthesiologists (WFSA) and the Royal College of Anesthesiologists of Thailand, BARTC has played a pivotal role in enhancing anesthesia education and practice across Asia, fostering a critical mass of skilled anesthesiologists in the region.
The five graduates completed training across three programs organized by the Department of Anesthesiology:
